- Residentship: Candidate must be a permanent resident Assam.
- Qualification: Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
- Experience: Candidate must have 3 years of working experience as a full time paid employee in an organisation dealing with Disaster management in Govt./PSU/Autonomous Body.
- Skill: Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skill in Assamese and English. Candidate should have good skill in computer applications like: MS Office and use of Internet.
