SSC Phase XIV Recruitment 2026: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the notification for Phase-XIV/2026 Selection Posts on 13th April 2026. This is a major recruitment drive for various Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ posts in different Ministries, Departments, and Offices of the Government of India. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from 13th April 2026 to 4th May 2026. The recruitment process will consist of a Computer Based Examination (CBE) followed by Document Verification and Skill Tests.

Eligibility Criteria | SSC Phase XIV Recruitment 2026

**Nationality:

• Candidate must be a citizen of India, or subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or Tibetan Refugee (pre-1962), or Indian origin migrant from specified countries.

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)

• Varies by post: 18-25 / 18-27 / 18-28 / 18-30 years

**Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (NCL): 3 years
• PwBD: 10 years
• PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
• Ex-Servicemen: 3 years

**Educational Qualification (as on 04.05.2026)

There are three levels of posts, based on the minimum qualification:

1. Matriculation Level (10th Pass) – For posts like Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS), Store Attendant, Laboratory Attendant, etc.
2. Higher Secondary Level (10+2 Pass) – For posts like Stenographer, Junior Engineer (JE), Scientific Assistant, etc.
3. Graduation & Above Level – For posts like Accountant, Research Assistant, Library & Information Assistant, etc.

**Medical & Physical

• Good mental and body health required.
• Medical examination may be conducted.
