* Assistant Administrative Officer

* Age Limit: Maximum 55 Years. No age relaxation for this post.

* Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Management, Administration, Commerce or related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in academic administration or institutional operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, documentation and office management systems.
• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Similar work experience in reputed educational institutions such as IIMs, IITs etc. will be preferable.

* Stores and Purchase Officer

* Age Limit: Maximum 55 Years. No age relaxation for this post.

* Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Management, Administration, Commerce or related field with at least 8 years of experience in the role of Stores and Purchase.
• Knowledge and experience in Govt./PSU/Central Autonomous Bodies in similar roles is preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP, GeM portal, GFR 2017, FR and SR and relevant Central Government rules and procedures is desirable.

* Assistant Librarian

* Age Limit: Maximum 55 Years. No age relaxation for this post.

* Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science (MLISc) from a recognized University/Institution with NET/SLET/SET qualified.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in academic, institutional or research libraries.
• Knowledge of library automation software, digital library systems and e-resource management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and information management systems.

* Accountant

* Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years as on last date of application. Age relaxation as per GOI rules.

* Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Accounting/Finance.
• Candidates with M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA, ICWA or relevant accounting certifications will be preferred.
• Minimum 5 years post qualification professional experience in Finance/Accounts/Audit departments.
• Similar work experience in reputed educational institutions such as IIMs, IITs etc. or autonomous body or PSU will be preferable.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting software or ERP platforms like Tally Prime/Enterprise Resource Planning/SAP tools and fixed asset module is necessary.

* Junior Engineer (Civil)

* Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years as on last date of application. Age relaxation as per GOI rules.

* Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil, maintenance of infrastructure and campus.
• Similar work experience in reputed educational institutions such as IIMs, IITs etc. will be preferable.
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments efficiently.

* Junior Assistant

* Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years as on last date of application. Age relaxation as per GOI rules.

* Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Graduation in any field from a recognized University.
• Minimum 4 years of administrative experience, preferably in educational institutions like IIMs, IITs etc.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Understanding and experience of PGP classroom operations.
