*Educational Qualification
- Data Entry Operator: Candidate must have passed HS (Higher Secondary) from a recognized Board along with a 6 (six) month Computer Diploma from a Government recognized institution. Candidate should be proficient in MS Office and internet processing.
- Copyist: Candidate must have passed HS (Higher Secondary) from a recognized Board along with a 6 (six) month Computer Diploma from a Government recognized institution, and should possess good handwriting skill in both English and Bengali.

Selection for both posts will be made purely through a Walk-in-Interview conducted by the Office of the Member, Foreigners Tribunal-II, Sribhumi. There is no written examination for this recruitment.

- Candidates must submit their application in the standard form of application published in Assam Gazette Part-IX.
- Self attested copies of all documents in proof of age, educational qualification and Employment Registration Certificate must be attached with the application form.
- Candidates must attach 2 (two) passport size coloured photographs and their signature, along with mobile number, at the time of registration.
- Candidates must register their names at the Office of the Member, Foreigners Tribunal-2nd, Sribhumi between 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on the date of the walk-in-interview. No application will be accepted after 11:00 AM.
- Applications that are incomplete or not submitted in the prescribed format will be rejected.
