Eligibility Criteria | Foreigners Tribunal Biswanath Recruitment 2026
*Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 18 and 40 years as on 01.01.2026. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST(P)/ST(H) candidates and 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.
*Educational Qualification: Candidates for both Bench Assistant and LDA posts must have passed Higher Secondary Examination. Should have a 6 months diploma in computer applications from a Government recognized institute, and must be computer literate.
Selection Procedure
The final selection will be made on the basis of the grand total marks (out of 100) obtained by the candidates in the Written Test (out of 75) and Computer Proficiency Test (out of 25).
