*Age Limit
- Assistant Manager (Official Language, IT): Not exceeding 32 years
- Management Trainee (Marketing, Accounts): Not exceeding 30 years
- Junior Commercial Executive, Junior Assistant (Accounts, General): Not exceeding 30 years

*Educational Qualification
- Assistant Manager (Official Language): Post Graduate degree in Hindi with English as a subject at degree level, or Post Graduate degree in English with Hindi as a subject at degree level, along with relevant work experience.
- Assistant Manager (IT): B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc in Information Technology or Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
- Management Trainee (Marketing): MBA or PGDM with specialization in Agri Business Management or Marketing.
- Management Trainee (Accounts): Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).
- Junior Commercial Executive: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture (B.Sc Agriculture) from a recognized university.
- Junior Assistant (Accounts): Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university.
- Junior Assistant (General): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
