Irrigation, Sericulture, Skill Employment & Entrepreneurship Department(SEED), Information & Public Relations (I&PR) and Agriculture Department, BTC. Interested and Persons who are residents of Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) are invited to apply online through their official recruitment site.

BTC Kokrajhar Grade 3 & 4 Recruitment 2025 | Eligibility Criteria

1. Grade 3 Posts (Graduate Level)
   • Total Posts: 190.
   • Age Limit: 18-40 Years.
   • Resident-ship: Candidate Should be Permanent Resident of Bodoland Territorial Region.
   • Qualification: For LDA/Jr.Asstt/Statistical Asstt/ Computer Asstt, Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 1 year diploma in computer from recognized Institutions. For Internal Auditor, Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance or business administration. For Library Assistant, Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with diploma in Library Science. For Store Keeper, Bachelor’s degree with 1 year diploma in computer and ITI passed in any trade from Govt. recognized institution and 3 years of experience in handling industrial store with knowledge of inventory control from recognized establishment.
2. Grade 3 Posts (H.S Level)
   • Total Posts: 104.
   • Age Limit: 18-40 Years.
   • Resident-ship: Candidate Should be Permanent Resident of Bodoland Territorial Region.
   • Qualification: For Agri. Extn. Asstt(AEA), Field Assistant, Primary Investigator(PI) and Grafter, Minimum HS (Arts/Sc./Commerce) Exam passed. For Surveyor, Minimum H.S Exam passed and a certificate in Draftsmanship from recognized Institution. For Field Man & Power Sprayer & Duster Operator (PS&DO), Minimum HS (Arts/Sc/Commerce) passed with Certificate/Diploma on Industrial Training. For Information and Public Relation(I&PR), Minimum HSLC Passed and a certificate from recognized Technical Institution or practical experience of at least 3 years in a reputed organization in handling electronic equipment, repairing and maintenance of PA system, Radio sets, amplifier, generator, projector, TV etc.
3. Grade 4 Posts (Class VIII Level)
   • Total Posts: 275.
   • Age Limit: 18-40 Years.
   • Resident-ship: Candidate Should be Permanent Resident of Bodoland Territorial Region.
   • Qualification: Minimum education qualification for Grade 4 posts is Class-VIII passed and maximum HS Exam. passed.

BTC Kokrajhar Grade 3 & 4 Recruitment 2025- Exam Pattern and Syllabus

Candidate have to appear for a written examination and oral interview.

Syllabus for Written Examination: Candidates have to sit for a written examination of two hours duration containing 100 marks (written exam=80 and oral interview= 20 marks) on the subjects : (i) General English, (ii) General Knowledge with special emphasis on BTR and Assam, (iii) Logistical Reasoning and Aptitude and (iv) Arithmetic.
