• Peon (Grade IV)
  • Total Vacancy: 05 (UR-03, ST(P)-01, SC-01).
  • Pay Scale: Rs. 12,000-37,500 +GP- 3900.

• Process Server
  • Total vacancy: 01 (UR).
  • Pay Scale: Rs. 14,000-70,000 +GP- 5200.

South Salmara Judiciary Recruitment | Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: The candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as on 30.06.2025.

• Age Relaxation
  • SC/ST: 5 Years.
  • PwBD: as per govt. norms.

• Educational Qualification
  • Peon (Grade IV): Minimum Class VIII standard Pass,those who have passed HSSLC(10+2) or above are not eligible to apply.
  • Process Server: Must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute/ University with knowledge of Assamese language.

• Additional Requirement: For the post of Peon, candidates must submit a notarized affidavit along with their application form stating their highest education is Class VIII. If selected candidates are later found to have higher qualifications, their job will be canceled immediately.

2. Print and fill up the application form with Block Letters.
3. Now attach Self-attested copies of following documents with the application:
   • Educational certificates.
   • Age proof.
   • Caste certificate (if applicable).
   • valid Employment Exchange Registration Card.
   • 03 Copies of recent passport sized photo.
   • Notarized affidavit (For Peon Post)
4. Place them in an envelope.
5. The envelope must clearly mention: “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ………………”. (Post Name)
6. Now send the envelope to following address:
