Age Limit

Qualification
- Officers in Grade ‘A’: Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/ Economics/ Mathematics / Statistics/ Business Administration/ Engineering with minimum 60% marks. (50% for SC/ST/PwD Candidates) OR Company Secretary (CS) / Certified Management Accountant (CMA/ ICWA)/ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) OR Chartered Accountant (CA) OR MBA/PGDM in any Discipline and 2 Years of post-qualification experience.
- Officers in Grade ‘B’
- General: Graduation in any discipline with 60% or Post Graduation with 55% marks with 5 years of experience.
- Legal: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from any recognized university or institution with 5 Years of experience.
- Information Technology: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Computer Science/ IT/ Electronics/ Electronics and Communication OR MCA from a recognized university.
Selection Procedure
The SIDBI recruitment 2025 follows a three stage selection process. Phase I is an online screening test (200 marks) with seven sections, where candidates must meet SIDBI’s cut off to qualify. Those who clear Phase I proceed to Phase II, which consists of two online papers totaling 200 marks. Candidates qualifying Phase II’s cut off are called for Phase III—a 100 mark interview that also considers extracurricular achievements (district/state/national level) and professional awards, subject to documentary proof. Final selection is based on combined performance across all phases. For examination structure and syllabus, please refer to the official notification.
