RCFL Apprentice Recruitment 2025: Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL), an Indian central public sector undertaking, has recently published a recruitment notification for 325 Apprentice Posts Including Graduate, Technician and Trade Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. *Name of Post: Graduate Apprentice.

*Area of Training: Accounts Executive, Secretarial Assistant, Recruitment Executive (HR).

*No. of Vacancy: 115.

*Stipend: Rs. 9,000 per month.

*Name of Post: Technician Apprentice.

*Area of Training: Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical.

*No. of Vacancy: 114.

*Stipend: Rs. 8,000 per month.

*Name of Post: Trade Apprentice.

*Area of Training: Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant), Boiler Attendant, Electrician, Horticulture Assistant, Instrument Mechanic(Chemical Plant), Laboratory Assistant(Chemical Plant), Medical Laboratory Technician(Pathology).

*No. of Vacancy: 96.

*Stipend: Rs. 7,000 per month.

RCFL Apprentice Recruitment | Eligibility Criteria

*Age Limit: Candidate’s age should not exceed 25 years as on 01.07.2025.

*Age Relaxation: SC/ST-5 years, OBC-3 years and PWBD-10 years, Children/Family members of the victims of 1984 riots-5 years.

*Qualification:

• Graduate Apprentice: For the Accounts Executive Post, Candidate must have a B.Com or BBA degree with Economics and at least 50% marks. For the Secretarial Assistant and Recruitment Executive (HR) posts, Candidate should possess any Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks.

• Technician Apprentice: Candidate should possess a Diploma in Chemical/ Civil/ Computer/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Mechanical.

• Trade Apprentice: he educational qualification varies by post; a B.Sc degree is mandatory for certain positions, whereas a 10+2 qualification in the Science stream is required for others.

Selection Procedure

Candidates will be shortlisted purely on the basis of merit, which is determined by the percentage scored in their required qualifying examination. Shortlisted candidates will then be called for document verification.
