- Qualification
- Candidate applying for JM and AGM Posts must possess a Bachelor’s degree with CA/CMA OR Engineering Degree with MBA (Finance) from a recognized university/institute.
- Experience
- Junior Manager (JM): Minimum 2 years of post qualification experience in Finance & Accounting, Budgeting, Auditing, etc., preferably in Mining/Manufacturing sectors.
- Assistant General Manager (AGM): Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in similar domains.
