MSTC Recruitment 2025 | Eligibility Crtiteria

*Age Limit: Candidate’s age should be below 28 years as on 31.10.2025

*Age Relaxation: SC/ST-5 years, OBC-3 years, PwBD-10 years.

*Qualification:

• Finance & Accounts: Candidate must possess Associate Membership of ICAI or ICMAI, OR an MBA (Finance) from a recognized university/institution.

• Systems: Candidate must Possess B.E/B.Tech. in Electronics/ IT/ Computer Science OR MCA with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institution.

• Operations: Candidates must possess a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Humanities / Science/ Commerce/ Engineering/ Law/ Information Technology/ Business Administration with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University or Institute.

• Personnel & Administration: Same as Operations.

• Law: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university.

Selection Procedure | MSTC Recruitment 2025

The selection process for Management Trainee comprises a Computer Based Test (CBT), followed by a Group Discussion and an Interview. The date, time, and venue for the CBT will be mentioned on the admit card. The tentative month for the written test is December 2025. The exam will be held in major cities across India, such as Kolkata and Guwahati.
