MSSAT Shillong Recruitment 2025 | Eligibility Criteria

1. Citizenship: Candidate Must be permanent citizen of Meghalaya.
2. Age Limit: Candidate’s age must not exceed 35 Years.
3. Qualification: Candidates must be a MBA/ Post Graduate in: Management/ Public Policy/ Development Studies/ Rural Development/ Social Sciences/ Public Administration, Population Studies/Engineering.
   • Additional qualification in Statistics & Data Analysis.
   • Must have secured 55% marks or above in Post Graduation.
   • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint are essential.
4. Desired Experience:
   • Preferred 2 (two) years of experience in monitoring, evaluation and planning; Experience in data analysis, research & documentation, and rural development will be an advantage.
   • Knowledge on the implementation of various developmental / welfare programs in both the urban and rural areas.
   • Experience working in Govt./Semi Govt. organizations.
5. Language Requirements: Fluency in local language and English is required. Good writing and communication skills are essential.
