The selection process for LIC AAO Recruitment 2025 consists of three stages: a Preliminary Exam (Phase-I), which is only qualifying (marks do not count toward the final merit); a Mains Exam, where scores determine shortlisting for the Interview; and finally, the combined marks of the Mains Exam and Interview, which are used to prepare the final merit list. Selected candidates must also undergo a mandatory pre-recruitment medical examination.
