Kokrajhar Judiciary Recruitment 2025 | Eligibility Criteria

• Name of Post: Peon (Grade IV).

• No. of Vacancies: 04 (UR-02, SC-01, PwD-01)

• Citizenship: Candidates must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the constitution of India.

• Age Limit: Candidates must not be less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age as on 07.08.2025.

• Age Relaxation:
  • OBC/MOBC: 03 Years.
  • SC/ST: 05 Years.
  • PwD: 10 Years.
  • Ex-servicemen: 02 Years.

• Qualification: Candidates applying for the post of Peon must have passed Class VIII, but candidates who have passed Class XII and above are not be eligible for the post.

• Additional Requirement: Applicants must submit a self-declaration certificate alongwith application form stating they have not passed HSSLC or any equivalent/higher examination.

• Mode of Selection: Interview/Viva-voce.

• Shortlisted candidate list will be uploaded on the official website of Kokrajhar Judiciary.

• No separate call letters will be issued in this process.

2. Print and fill up the application form.
3. Now attach Self-attested copies of following documents with the application:
   • Educational certificates.
   • Age proof.
   • Caste certificate (if applicable).
   • valid Employment Exchange Registration Card.
   • 03 Copies of recent passport sized photo.
4. Place them in an envelope.
5. The envelope must clearly mention: “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PEON”.
