Step 1: Prepare Required Documents

• Passport-sized photo (Size- 20–50 KB) (Dimensions- w200 x h230 pixels).
• Signature (Size- 10–20 KB) (Dimensions- w140 x h60 pixels).
• Left Thumb Impression (Size- 20KB-50KB) (Dimensions- w240 x h240 pixels).
• Hand Written Declaration in English. (Size- 50KB-100KB) (Dimensions- w800 x h400 pixels).
• Resume which includes all the relevant information. (Size- 20KB-500KB).

Step 2: Visit the IPPB Application Portal

• Go to the IPPB Current Openings Section.
• Find and Click on “Recruitment of 51 Circle Based Executives on Contract Basis” and then Click on “Apply Online“

Step 3: Registration

1. Click “New Registration” and enter:
   • Name, email, mobile number, state preference.
2. Generate a registration ID and password (save these for future logins).

Step 4: Upload Documents

1. Upload scanned copies of:
   • Photograph.
   • Signature.
   • Left Thumb Impression.
   • Hand Written Self Declaration in English

Step 5: Pay Application Fee

Step 8: Review and Submit

• Double-check all details (no edits allowed after submission).
• Click “Final Submit”.
• Download/print the application form for records.
