Eligibility Criteria
**Age Limit: The age limit is 20 to 28 years as of August 1, 2025.
**Age Relaxation:
***SC/ST: 5 Years.
***OBC-NCL: 3 Years.
***PwBD: 10 Years.
**Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess a Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
**Skill: Basic computer proficiency is mandatory. Candidates must possess a certificate/ diploma/ degree in computer operations or have studied Computer/IT as a subject in high school, college, or institute.
**Language: Candidates must be proficient (reading, writing, speaking) in the local language of their chosen State/UT.

The IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2025 (now called Customer Service Associate – CSA) selection process consists of two main stages: Preliminary and Mains Examination. There is no Personal Interview round for IBPS Clerk Selection Process. Following are the detailed Examination Pattern.
