IBA Recruitment 2025: Indian Banks’ Association (IBA), a representative body of Indian banks and financial institutions based in Mumbai, has recently published a recruitment notification for the post of Assistant Manager (Generalist) and Manager (Generalist). 1.Name of Post: Assistant Manager (Generalist).

*Pay Scale: Rs. 36,000-80,550/-

*Age Limit: Minimum 25 years and maximum 50 years as of 31.08.2025.

*Qualification: Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

*Experience: Candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in any of the field Banking / Financial industry / IT operations/ Legal.

2. Name of Post: Manager (Generalist).

*Pay Scale: Rs. 45,600-1,08,900/-

*Age Limit: Minimum 25 years and maximum 50 years as of 31.08.2025.

*Qualification: Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates qualified with Two years Post Graduation degree or 2 years full time Post graduate Diploma.

*Experience: Candidate should have Minimum 5 years of experience in any of the field Banking / Financial industry / GST Accounting, GST reconciliation and its compliance/ ITC reconciliation and ITC Claim related compliance TDS Accounting, TDS reconciliation its compliance and filing of returns/ Taxation / Tally.

IBA Recruitment 2025 | Selection Procedure

IBA Recruitment 2025 selection will be based on shortlisting followed by a Personal Interview (PI) or other methods as decided by IBA. The association reserves the right to modify the selection criteria, process, or candidate shortlisting ratio. Only the most suitable candidates based on qualifications and experience will be called for PI.
