IB SA MT Recruitment 2025: The Intelligence Bureau (IB) which comes under Ministry of Home Affairs, India, has recently released a recruitment notification for 455 vacancies for the position of Security Assistant (Motor Transport). IB SA MT Recruitment 2025 | Eligibility Criteria

*Domicile Certificate: Candidate must possess a Domicile Certificate/PRC of that State against which candidate has applied.

*Age Limit: 18-27 Years as on 28.09.2025.

*Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and by 3 years for OBC candidates.

*Qualification: The candidate must have passed 10th/ Matriculation. A valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) license issued by the competent authority is required. The candidate must also have knowledge of motor mechanics and be able to fix minor vehicle defects.

*Experience: The candidate should have 1 year of experience driving a motor car after obtaining a driving license.

*Desirable Qualification: Valid driving license for Motorcycle issued by the competent authority.

IB SA MT Recruitment 2025 | Selection Procedure

The selection process for the IB SA/MT Recruitment 2025 consists of two stages. The first stage, Tier-I, will be a written exam consisting of MCQs carrying 100 marks. This test will cover subjects including General Awareness, Basic Transport and Driving Rules, Quantitative Aptitude, Numerical, Analytical and Logical Reasoning, and the English Language. The second stage, Tier-II, will be carrying 50 marks. This stage will test candidate’s knowledge of motor mechanics and driving skills, and will also include an personal interview.
