Darrang Judiciary Recruitment 2025 | Eligibility Criteria
**Residentship: Candidate should be a citizen of India as defined in Article 5 and Article 8 of the Constitution of India.
**Age Limit: Candidate should be at least 18 years old and must not exceed 40 years of age.
**Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ST(P)/ST(H) candidates, and 10 years for PwBD candidates as per government rules.
**Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed at least Class 8, but those who have completed 12th grade (HSSLC) or higher are not eligible to apply for this post.
Darrang Judiciary Recruitment 2025 | Selection Procedure
The Darrang Judiciary Recruitment 2025 will consist of a 50 mark written exam (40 marks for MCQs + 10 marks for descriptive question) based on secondary School standard syllabus, followed by a 30 mark viva voce.
The final selection will be based on total marks (written exam + viva voce). If candidates score equally, priority goes to candidates with higher marks in written exam, and if still tied, the senior candidate (by age) will be preferred.

- Now attach Self-attested copies of following documents with the application:
- Paste recent passport sized coloured photograph and sign across the photograph.
- Educational certificates.
- Age proof.
- Caste certificate (if applicable).
- valid Employment Exchange Registration Card.
- Extra 04 Copies of recent passport sized photo Should be stapled in the top right corner of the application form and the candidate should write his/her name on the backside of the stapled photographs.
- Place them in an envelope.
- The envelope must clearly mention: “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PEON”.
