CWC Recruitment 2025 | Eligibility Criteria

*Age Limit: 18-28 Years as on 15.11.2025.

*Age Relaxation: OBC-03 years, SC/ST-05 years, PwBD-10 years, ex-servicemen-03 years.

*Educational Qualification:

• Junior Personal Assistant: Candidate must be Graduate in any Discipline from a Government recognized University with at least one year course in Office Management and Secretarial Practice/ equivalent. Shorthand Speed of 80 words per minute in English and 40 words per minute in English typing.

• Junior Executive (Rajbhasha): Candidate must be a Graduate with Hindi as an elective and English as a main subject from a Government recognized University OR a degree/diploma equivalent to BA in Hindi.

The selection process for CWC Recruitment 2025 is different for each post. For the Junior Personal Assistant post, the candidate must go through three stages. First, the candidate takes an online exam. If the candidate passes, they then take a skill test to check their typing and computer skills. If the candidate passes the skill test, the final step is document verification.
