*Stipend: Rs. 15,000/month.

*Duration: One (1) Year.

Eligibility Criteria for Canara Bank Apprentice

*Citizenship: Candidate must be a Citizen of India.

*Age Limit: The candidate’s age should be not less than 20 years and not more than 28 years as of 01.09.2025.

*Age Relaxation: SC/ST-5 years, OBC(NCL)-3 Years, PwBD-10 Years.

Educational Qualification: Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates should also be registered under National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).

Selection Procedure

The selection process for Canara Bank Apprentice Recruitment is a pure merit based. It begins with the state wise merit list, where candidates are ranked from highest to lowest based on their percentage in the 12th standard (or Diploma). To get shortlisted, general category candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). If multiple candidates have the same percentage, the older candidate is given preference. Final selection depends on successfully passing all stages, which include verification of all documents, a test in the local language of the applied state, and a medical examination.
