1. Qualification:
   • Applicants applying for these VCDC secretary posts must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognised University.
   • Applicant must possess 1 year Diploma in Computer Applications.
2. Age Limit:
   • Applicant’s age should not be less than 18 years and not above than 40 years as on 01.01.2025.
   • Age relaxation is also applicable as per government rules.
3. Residency
   • Candidate must be Permanent Resident of Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR), Assam.

Candidates who are applying for the posts have to sit for one written examination and a Oral interview with total Duration of 2 Hours and Total 100 Marks.

• Written interview: 85 Marks
  • Subjects: General English, General knowledge with emphasis on BTR and Assam, Logical Reasoning and Aptitude and Arithmetic.
• Oral Interview: 15 Marks.
