Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), an Indian public sector oil and gas company, recently released a recruitment notification for various entry level Executive Positions like Junior Executive (Engineering), Junior Executive (Accounts) etc.. Eligible candidates are invited to apply online on or before 27.06.2025.

BPCL Recruitment 2025 | Eligibility criteria

• Junior Executive (Engineering)
  • Age Limit: Maximum 32 Years.
  • Qualification: Candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics/ Civil/ Chemical Engineering from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks(or equivalent CGPA & above), 55% for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Associate Executive (Engineering)
  • Age Limit: Max. 32 Years.
  • Qualification: Candidate must have passed B. Tech / B.E./ B. Sc (Engg) in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics/ Civil/ Chemical Engineering from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA & above), 55% for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Junior Executive (Accounts)
  • Age Limit: Minimum 30 years and maximum 35 years.
  • Qualification: Candidate must be a Graduate in any discipline with minimum 55% marks, 50% for candidates belonging to SC/ST and PwBD categories and have passed the CA Intermediate / CMA Intermediate from CA/ CMA institute respectively.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience in finance function.

• Associate Executive (Quality Assurance)
  • Age Limit: Max. 32 Years.
  • Qualification: Candidate must have passedM. Sc (Chemistry), with specialization in Organic / Physical / Inorganic / Analytical chemistry, from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA & above), 55% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work-experience in laboratory in Petroleum/ Oil & Gas/ Petro-Chemical Industry.

• Secretary BPCL
  • Age Limit: Max. 32 Years.
  • Qualification: Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (or equivalent CGPA), 55% for SC/ ST/ PWD categories from a recognized university. And Class XII with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (or equivalent CGPA), 55% for SC/ST/PWD categories from a recognized institute. And Class X with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (or equivalent CGPA), 55% for SC/ST/PWD categories from a recognized institute.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as Secretarial Assistant / Secretary, or similar roles.

BPCL Recruitment 2025 | Selection Procedure

Selection process may comprise of various short listing methods like Application Screening (on basis of number of years of relevant work-experience, educational qualification, etc.), Written/Computer Based Test, Case Based Discussion, Group Task, Personal Interview etc. The selection process adopted will depend on the number of applications received for a particular profile.
