BCPL Recruitment 2025 | Vacancy Details with Eligibility Criteria

• Deputy General Manager (Fire & Safety)
  • No. of Posts: 01 (UR)
  • Pay Scale: Rs. 1,00,000- Rs. 2,60,000
  • Age Limit: Max 50 Years.
  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Fire / Fire & Safety with minimum 55%marks. Preference will be given to candidates having one year Diploma in Industrial Safety from a Central / Regional Labour Institute recognized by Government.
  • Experience: 20 years of Post qualification executive experience. Candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower pay scale or next lower equivalent pay scale.

• Senior Engineer(Chemical)
  • No. of Posts: 15 (UR-8, OBC-3, SC-2, ST-1, EWS-1)
  • Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000-Rs. 1,60,000.
  • Age Limit: max 30 Years.
  • Qualification: Bachelor degree in Engineering in Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology with minimum 60% marks.
  • Experience: One year of Post qualification executive experience.

• Senior Officer (Contract & Procurement)
  • No. of posts: 01 (UR)
  • Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000-Rs. 1,60,000.
  • Age Limit: max 30 years.
  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering with minimum 60% marks. Preference will be given to candidates having 02 years MBA with specialization in Materials Management.
  • Experience: One year of Post qualification executive experience.

• Senior Engineer (Electrical)
  • No. of posts: 01 (UR)
  • Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000-Rs. 1,60,000.
  • Age Limit: max 30 years.
  • Qualification: Bachelor degree in Engineering in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics with minimum 60% marks.

• Senior Engineer (Information Technology)

  • Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000-Rs. 1,60,000.
  • Age Limit: max 30 years.
  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Computer Science / Information Technology with minimum 60% marks OR Bachelor Degree with minimum 60% marks and 03 years Masters Degree in Computer Application (MCA) with minimum 60% marks.
  • Experience: One year of Post qualification executive experience.

• Senior Officer (Marketing)
  • No. of posts: 01 (UR)
  • Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000-Rs. 1,60,000.
  • Age Limit: max 30 years.
  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering with minimum 60% marks and Two years MBA with specialization in Marketing with minimum 60% marks.

• Senior Engineer (Mechanical)

  • Age Limit: max 30 years.

• Officer(Laboratory)

  • Pay Scale: Rs. 40,000-Rs. 1,40,000.
  • Age Limit: max 30 years.
  • Qualification: Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry with minimum 60% marks.
  • Experience: Minimum 02 years Post Qualification supervisory in line experience in laboratory functions.
