1. Junior Administrative Assistant

• No. of Vacancy: 01.
• Pay-scale: Rs. 14,000-49,000 +GP-8,700.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate should not be below 21 years and above 43 years as on 01.01.2026.

• Candidate should be Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

• Candidates should be proficient in computer applications especially in MS-Word/ Powerpoint / Excel/ Internet/ Tally etc.

ASDMA JAA Recruitment 2026 | Duties & Responsibilities

As per the ASDMA JAA Recruitment 2026, the selected candidate will be posted at the Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA), Guwahati and will work under the direct supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, ASDMA and will be responsible for performing duties like Custodian of all files relating to concerned ASDMA, All typing works, Receipt and dispatch of Dak and movement of file, Assisting Finance Officer & Accountant in various accounts and payment related work, Coordination of various financial matters in consultation with the Finance Officer & Accountant.
