1. Name of Post: Team Leader.

  • Salary: Rs. 21,240–22,000 gross/ month.
  • Job Role: Supervise operators, ensure SLA compliance, handle escalations, report generation, Ensuring optimum efficiency of his team.

2. Name of Post: Monitoring/ Call Center/ Help Desk Operator.

  • No. of Vacancies: 09.
  • Salary: Rs. 13,380–15,500 gross/ month.
  • Job Role: Monitor vehicle data, alerts, alarms, call handling, record maintenance, Receive and record complaints, Provide assistance to Skate Holders.

Eligibility Criteria | AMTRON Recruitment 2025

*Educational Qualification:

  • Team Leader: Candidate must be Graduate in any discipline (B.E/B.Tech Degree will be preferred) with knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft office/ report generation/ experience in working in any MIS.
  • Monitoring/ Call Center/ Help Desk Operator: Candidate must be Graduate in any discipline with computer proficiency, preference will be given to candidates with diploma in IT/ Electronics/ Hospitality.

*Experience:

  • Team Leader: Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in control room/ call centre/ emergency monitoring + Experience in Leading a team of 10-15 person.
  • Monitoring/ Call Center/ Help Desk Operator: Candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in data entry/ monitoring/ call centre with sound knowledge of Assamese, English, Hindi (Written/Spoken).
