AIIMS Recruitment 2025 | Eligibility Criteria

Medical Superintendent:
- Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.
- Qualifications: Government officers currently working in similar roles at the Central or State level with A Medical Qualification included in the I or II schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 and also Post Graduate Qualification (MD or MS) OR M.H.A. (Masters in Hospital Administration) or a post graduate degree recognized as equivalent to M.H.A.
- Experience: 10 Years experience in Hospital Administration in Hospitals after obtaining the PG Degree in a senior position.
Superintending Engineer:
- Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.
- Qualifications: Employees of Central/State/Union Territory Governments/ Universities/ Central Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies/ Public Sector Undertakings/Research & Development organizations holding similar posts or Executive Engineers with 5 years of regular service with grade pay of Rs. 7600 or Executive Engineers with 10 years of regular service with grade pay of Rs. 6600.
Executive Engineer (Electrical):
- Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.
- Qualifications: Employees of Central/State/Union Territory Governments/ Universities/ Central Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies/ Public Sector Undertakings/Research & Development organizations holding similar posts or Assistant Engineer (Electric) with 5 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 5400 or Junior Engineer (Electric) with 7 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4600.
Nursing Superintendent:
- Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.
- Qualifications: Officers of the State/Central Government or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies holding similar posts or Deputy/Assistant Nursing Superintendent with 5 years regular service in the Grade Pay of Rs. 5400.
Assistant Administrative Officer:
- Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.
- Qualifications: Officers of the State/Central Government or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations holding similar posts or with 5 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4200 in the relevant field and having a Degree from any recognized university.
Assistant Account Officer:
- Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.
- Qualifications: Officers of the State/Central Government or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations holding similar posts or Junior Accounts Officers with 5 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4200.
Assistant Stores Officer:
- Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.
- Qualifications: Officers of the State/Central Government or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations holding similar posts or 5 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4200.
Librarian Grade-I:
- Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.
- Qualifications: Officers of the State/Central Government or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations holding similar posts or 3 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4200 in relevant field.
Private Secretary:
- Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.
- Qualifications: Officers of the State/Central Government or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations holding similar posts or 5 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4200 or higher.
Personal Assistant:
- Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.
- Qualifications: Officers of the State/Central Government or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations holding similar posts or 10 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 2400.
PA to Principal:
- Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.
- Qualifications: Officers of the State/Central Government or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations holding similar posts or 10 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 2400.
Pharmacist Grade-I:
- Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.
- Qualifications: Officers of the State/Central Government or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations holding similar posts or 6 years regular service in the grade pay of Pharmacist Grade II in the Grade pay of Rs. 2400.
Sanitation Officer:
- Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.
- Qualifications: Officers of the 200 bedded Hospital of Central/State/U.T,/Governments or Central Autonomous/Statutory/Local Self Government Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings holding similar posts or 6 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 2800.
Upper Division Clerk:
- Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.
- Qualifications: Officers of the State/Central Government or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations holding similar posts or 8 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 1900 and having educational qualification- Degree from recognized University or equivalent, Proficiency in Computers, Typing speed @35WPM in English or 30WPM in Hindi.
