AESRB Recruitment 2025 | Overview

• Age Relaxation:
  • OBC/MOBC: 3 Years.
  • SC/STP/STH: 5 Years.
  • PwBD: 10 Years.
  • General Ex-Servicemen: Up to 50 Years of Age.
  • OBC/MOBC Ex-Servicemen: Up to 53 Years of Age.
  • SC/STP/STH Ex-Servicemen: Up to 55 Years of Age.

AESRB Recruitment 2025 | Eligibility Criteria

1. Assistant Professor in Mathematics (Non-Technical).
   • No. of Posts: 4 Posts.
   • Age Limit: 21-38 Years as on 01.01.2025.(Age Relaxation Applicable)
   • Qualification: As per UGC Notification No. F.1-2/2017(EC/PS) dated 18th July, 2018 and UGC guidelines issued from time to time. (Note: Candidates who have done Ph.D. after the Bachelor’s Degree from institution of National importance with GATE/CEED shall be eligible for the post.
   • Must be a Permanent Resident of Assam.
2. Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering (Technical).
   • No. of Posts: 24 Posts.
   • Age Limit: 21-38 Years as on 01.01.2025.(Age Relaxation Applicable)
   • Qualification: B.E./B. Tech./B.S. (4-year Degree course) and M.E./M. Tech./M.S. or integrated M. Tech in relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.
   • Must be a Permanent Resident of Assam.
3. Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engineering (Technical).
   • No. Of Posts: 15 Posts.
   • Age Limit: 21-38 Years as on 01.01.2025.(Age Relaxation Applicable)
   • Qualification: B.E./B. Tech./B.S. (4-year Degree course) and M.E./M. Tech./M.S. or integrated M. Tech in relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.
   • Must be a Permanent Resident of Assam.
4. Assistant Professor in Electrical Engineering (Technical).
   • No. Of Posts: 05 Posts.
   • Age Limit: 21-38 Years as on 01.01.2025.(Age Relaxation Applicable)
   • Qualification: B.E./B. Tech./B.S. (4-year Degree course) and M.E./M. Tech./M.S. or integrated M. Tech in relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.
   • Must be a Permanent Resident of Assam.
5. Assistant Professor in Chemical Engineering (Technical).
   • No. Of Posts: 06 Posts.
   • Age Limit: 21-38 Years as on 01.01.2025.(Age Relaxation Applicable)
   • Qualification: B.E./B. Tech./B.S. (4-year Degree course) and M.E./M. Tech./M.S. or integrated M. Tech in relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.
   • Must be a Permanent Resident of Assam.
6. Assistant Professor in Instrumentation Engineering (Technical).
   • No. Of Posts: 03 Posts.
   • Age Limit: 21-38 Years as on 01.01.2025.(Age Relaxation Applicable)
   • Qualification: B.E./B. Tech./B.S. (4-year Degree course) and M.E./M. Tech./M.S. or integrated M. Tech in relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.
   • Must be a Permanent Resident of Assam.
7. Assistant Professor in Computer Application (Technical).
   • No. of Posts: 01
   • Age Limit: 21-38 Years as on 01.01.2025.(Age Relaxation Applicable)
   • Qualification: B.E./B. Tech./B.S. and M.E./M. Tech./M.S. or integrated M. Tech in relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees OR B.E./B. Tech. and MCA with First Class or equivalent in any one of the two degrees OR Graduation of three years’ duration with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and MCA with First Class or equivalent with 2 years of teaching/research/industrial experience after acquiring degree of MCA.
   • Must be a Permanent Resident of Assam.
