Assam Agricultural University (AAU) recently released a notification for recruitment of System Administrator and Data Entry Operator under the Directorate of Open and Distance Learning (ODL), AAU on purely temporary basis. Interested and eligible candidates may apply on or before 07.06.2025.

• System Administrator
  • Age Limit: 21-45 Years.
  • Qualification: Candidate must be Graduate or Post Graduate in Computer Application/ Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Artificial Intelligence/ Operating System/ Software Engineering/ Computer Graphics with minimum 60% Marks.
  • Experience: Two Years of Experience in Relevant Field.

• Data Entry Operator
  • Age Limit: 21-45 Years.
  • Qualification: Candidate must be Graduate in Computer Application/ Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Artificial Intelligence/ Operating System/ Software Engineering/ Computer Graphics with minimum 60% marks.
  • Experience: No Experience needed.

AAU-ODL Recruitment 2025 | Selection Procedure

• Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of merit and will be called for a personal interview. If necessary, a written test will be conducted for shortlisting.

How to Apply

1. Go to Useful Link Section and Download the Bio-Data Form.
2. Fill the Bio-Data Form.
3. Scan the document and Convert the filled form into a PDF file.
4. Gather all required documents (e.g., certificates, ID proofs, etc.).
5. Merge all documents into a single PDF file for submission.
6. Now go to Useful Link Section Again and Click on Apply Online.
7. Fill up the Google Form by entering Personal Details.
8. Upload Documents.

** During the time of Interview Candidate has to bring Hard copy of the Same Bio-Data Form and self-attested hardcopies of all essential documents alongwith a bank draft of Rs. 50/Rs. 25 for SC/ST candidates drawn in favour of Director, AAU-ODL Payable at Khanapara, Guwahati.**
