HCL JM Recruitment 2025 | Eligibility Criteria

*Age Limit: Maximum 40 years of age as on 01.11.2025.

*Age Relaxation:

• SC / ST: 5 years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
• PWD – General / EWS: 10 years
• PWD – OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 13 years
• PWD – SC / ST: 15 years

*Educational Qualification:

• Mining: Candidates must possess either a Diploma in Mining with 5 years of relevant experience and a Foreman’s Certificate of Competency for Metalliferous Mines (Unrestricted), or a Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience along with either a Foreman’s Certificate or a Second-Class Manager’s Certificate of Competency for Metalliferous Mines (Unrestricted).

• Geology: Candidates must possess either a Diploma in Draughtsman-ship (Mechanical/Civil) with 5 years of relevant experience or a Post-Graduate Degree in Geology with 2 years of relevant experience.

• Mechanical: Candidates must possess either a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mining Machinery with 2 years of relevant experience.

• Civil: Candidates must possess either a Diploma in Civil Engineering with five years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with two years of relevant experience.

• Mineral Processing: Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Mineral Processing / Mineral Engineering with 2 years of experience in the relevant field.

• Finance: Candidates must possess either the Intermediate qualification from ICAI or ICWA with three years of relevant experience, or a PG Diploma/MBA in Finance with two years of relevant experience.

• Environment: Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering / Technology with 2 years of experience in the relevant field.

• Electrical: Candidates must possess either a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with five years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with two years of relevant experience.

• Admin/HR: Candidates must possess either a Graduate degree with five years of relevant experience or a PG Degree/Diploma or MBA in HR with two years of relevant experience.

• Survey: Candidates must possess either a Diploma in Survey with a Mine Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency and five years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Mining/Civil Engineering with a Surveyor Certificate of Competency or an MTech in Geomatics with two years of relevant experience.

• LAW: Candidates must possess either a Graduate degree with five years of relevant experience or an LLB (3 years or 5 year integrated) degree with two years of relevant experience.

• Materials & Contracts: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or Engineering along with either a Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma or an MBA specializing in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics Management, and two years of relevant experience.
