IBPS RRB Recruitment 2025: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has published a recruitment notification for over 13,000 vacancies for the posts of Officer Scale I, II, III, and Office Assistant in Regional Rural Banks. This IBPS RRB Recruitment 2025 is for 28 participating Regional Rural Banks (RRBs), which also includes the Assam Gramin Vikash Bank. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online on or before September 21, 2025.

*Age Limit (as on 01.09.2025)

• Office Assistant: 18-28 Years.
• Officer Scale-I: 18-30 Years.
• Officer Scale-II: 21-32 Years.
• Officer Scale-III: 21-40 Years.

*Educational Qualification:

• Office Assistant: Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent, Candidate must be Proficient in local language and should have Working knowledge of Computer.

• Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manger): Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy. Candidate must be Proficient in local language.

• Officer Scale-II (Manager): Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, Accountancy with Two years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution. Candidate must be Proficient in local language.

• Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officer IT): Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate with one year of experience in relevant field.

• Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officer-CA): Candidate must be Certified Associate from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with one year of experience as an chartered accountant.

• Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officer-Law): Degree from a recognised University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and Two years of experience as an advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for a period of not less than two year.

• Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager): Candidate must be a Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution with one year of experience in relevant field.

• Officer Scale-II (Marketing Officer): Candidate should be an MBA in Marketing from a recognized university with one year of experience in relevant field.

• Officer Scale-II (Agricultural Officer): Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate with with two years of experience in relevant field.

• Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy with Five years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
