FSNL Recruitment 2025 | Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years as on 24.07.2025.

Qualification

• Supervisor (Operation): Diploma in any stream with minimum 60% marks and 5 years of relevant experience.

• Assistant Foreman (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile with minimum 60% marks and 5 Years of relevant experience.

• Assistant Foreman (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical/Automobile with minimum 60% marks and 5 years of relevant experience.

• Assistant (F&A): Graduate in commerce with minimum 60% marks and 5 years of experience in relevant field.

• Assistant (MM): Graduate/ Diploma in Material Management with minimum 60% marks and 5 years of experience in relevant field.

• Assistant (P&A): Diploma/ Graduate in any discipline with minimum 60% marks and 5 years of experience.

• MRP Sr. Operator: ITI Pass in any trade with minimum 60% marks and 1 year of experience.

• Crane Operator: ITI Pass with 60% marks + 2 year old HEME/HMV Licence and minimum 1 year of experience.

• Excavator Operator: ITI Pass with 60% marks + 2 year old HEME/HMV Licence and minimum 1 year of experience.

• Tipper Operator: 10th pass or ITI Pass with 60% marks + 2 year old HEME/HMV Licence and minimum 1 year of experience.

• Loader Operator: 10th pass or ITI Pass with 60% marks + 2 year old HEME/HMV Licence and minimum 1 year of experience.

• Mechanic: ITI in Automobile/Fitter/Mechanical with 60% marks with minimum 1 year of experience.

• Electrician: ITI in Electrical with 60% marks and 1 year of experience.

• Welder: ITI in Fitter/Welder with Third party welder certification with minimum 60% marks and 1 year of experience.

FSNL Recruitment 2025 | Selection procedure

First, they will check all applications to see who is eligible. If your application is incomplete or wrong, you will be rejected. If shortlisted, you may have to give a written test (for supervisor/assistant jobs) or practical test (for operator/technician jobs). Some posts may also have an interview where you need to show all your original certificates. Finally, selected candidates must pass a medical test.
