NMDC Recruitment 2025 | Apply for 179 Apprentice Positions!!

National Mineral Development Corporation Limited (NMDC), a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Steel, recently published a notification for recruitment of 179 Apprentice. Interested and suitable candidates are invited for Walk-In interview starting from 08.04.2025 to 18.04.2025.

NMDC Recruitment 2025 | Eligibility Criteria

1. Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) (Trade)
   • Number of Posts: 30 Posts.
   • Qualification: (i) The Candidate who have already completed Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentice Act 1961 are eligible for this post. (ii) ITI in Computer Operator and Programming Assistant.

2. Mechanic (Diesel) (Trade)
   • Number of Posts: 25 Posts.
   • Qualification: (i) The Candidate who have already completed Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentice Act 1961 are eligible for this post. (ii) ITI passed certificate in Mechanic (Diesel) issued by National Council for Vocational Training.

3. Fitter (Trade)
   • Number of Posts: 20 Posts.
   • Qualification: (i) The Candidate who have already completed Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentice Act 1961 are eligible for this post. (ii) ITI passed certificate in Fitter issued by National Council for Vocational Training.

4. Electrician (Trade)
   • Number of Posts: 30 Posts.
   • Qualification: (i) The Candidate who have already completed Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentice Act 1961 are eligible for this post. (ii) ITI passed certificate in Electrician issued by National Council for Vocational Training.

5. Welder (Gas & Electrical) (Trade)
   • Number of Posts: 20 Posts.
   • Qualification: (i) The Candidate who have already completed Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentice Act 1961 are eligible for this post. (ii) ITI passed certificate in Welder (Gas & Electric) issued by National Council for Vocational Training.

6. Mechanic(Motor Vehicle) (Trade)
   • Number of Posts: 20 Posts.
   • Qualification: (i) The Candidate who have already completed Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentice Act 1961 are eligible for this post. (ii) ITI passed certificate in Mechanic (Motor Vehicle) issued by National Council for Vocational Training.

7. Machinist (Trade)
   • Number of Posts: 05 Posts.
   • Qualification: (i) The Candidate who have already completed Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentice Act 1961 are eligible for this post. (ii) ITI passed certificate in Machinist issued by National Council for Vocational Training.

8. Mechanical Engineer (Graduate)
   • Number of Posts: 06 Posts.
   • Qualification: (i) The Candidate who have already completed Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentice Act 1961 are eligible for this post. (ii) 4 Year Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

9. Electrical Engineer (Graduate)
   • Number of Posts: 04 Posts.
   • Qualification: (i) The Candidate who have already completed Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentice Act 1961 are eligible for this post. (ii) 4 Year Degree in Electrical Engineering.

10. Mining Engineer (Graduate)
    • Number of Posts: 04 Posts.
    • Qualification: (i) The Candidate who have already completed Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentice Act 1961 are eligible for this post. (ii) 4 Year Degree in Mining Engineering.

11. Civil Engineer (Graduate)
    • Number of Posts: 02 Posts.
    • Qualification: (i) The Candidate who have already completed Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentice Act 1961 are eligible for this post. (ii) 4 Year Degree in Civil Engineering.

12. Mechanical Engineer (Technician)
    • Number of Posts: 05 Posts.
    • Qualification: (i) The Candidate who have already completed Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentice Act 1961 are eligible for this post. (ii) 3 Year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

13. Electrical Engineer (Technician)
    • Number of Posts: 03 Posts.
    • Qualification: (i) The Candidate who have already completed Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentice Act 1961 are eligible for this post. (ii) 3 Year Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

14. Mining Engineer (Technician)
    • Number of Posts: 01 Posts.
    • Qualification: (i) The Candidate who have already completed Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentice Act 1961 are eligible for this post. (ii) 3 Year Diploma in Mining Engineering.

15. Modern Office Manager (Technician)
    • Number of Posts: 04 Posts.
    • Qualification: (i) The Candidate who have already completed Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentice Act 1961 are eligible for this post. (ii) 3 Year Diploma in Modern Office Management.

NMDC Recruitment 2025 | How to Apply

1. Trade Apprentice candidates Should Register themselves at Apprentice Training Portal before walk-in interview and Graduate/Technician Apprentice Candidates should Register Themselves at National Apprenticeship Training Scheme portal.
2. At the time of interview, candidate should bring their CV affixed with a recent passport size photograph on the right corner and proof of Date of Birth, Aadhaar Card, Qualification and Cast Certificate etc in original along with photo copy for verification & submission. Candidate must reach the interview site before 09:00 AM to register himself/herself for appearing in the walk-in-interview.
